What if you could do what you love for a living? Imagine that hobby that you have always enjoyed by yourself can now be shared with everyone else. Now your love can earn you moula and you can work happily knowing that you’re doing some you enjoy. Believe it or not that hobby that you looked forward to can actually be part of you full-time career. No more dreading going to work and doing something that you don’t like just to earn a dollar. You can also enjoy yourself while doing it.If your job doesn’t feel like work imagine what your life would be like. Happiness and health would follow. The impact that stress has on health, wealth and relationships can have a huge negative impact overall.Who doesn’t like crafts?  I think most women do. Imagine helping out people like yourself involved in crafts, if you’re on this article reading that’s the assumption I’m making. Stampin’ Up is an MLM business that we’ll be review in this document. They are a very successful company selling to people who like to do crafts.

Stampin’ Up is a company that sells craft paper, ribbon, ink, and you guessed it stamps. They’re a massive distributor and supplier for crafting essentials. We all know crafting can be an assortment of objects, from cards, scrap books, themed character and so on. The business was born in ‘88 by a couple sisters from Utah. In ‘97 they started their first catalogue and in ‘02 migrated their MLM north into Canada. Opportunities with the company are for a host and for demonstrators. Hosts contact a demonstrator and have little parties at their houses and invite their friends to see what products Stampin’ Up has to offer. Being a host you get free merchandise and product lines sets. The demo rep gets to try and sell the line and bring in new reps for the business or residual incomes.Becoming a representative is easy, you just get in touch with a current rep and join their team. Once you decide you want to become a rep, you then purchase a starter kit which has all the essentials you need to begin presenting at parties and doing demonstrations.  For people who enjoy interacting with lots of different individuals and like minded business people, this can be a rewarding career financially.Really a party is all you will need to have your potential customers enjoy themselves making crafts and finding the quality of the Stampin’ Up products, or so they say.

Having an occupation that you enjoy is a dream for all people. Loving what you’re doing and the team you’re doing it with makes for a simple transition, almost like you don’t even work at all.You just get paid like you do. There are thousands of network marketing programs out there that people actually make money from and this is one that you can prosper with. It is important when deciding to get into MLM that you choose the right marketing plan or that you stay consistent and always be evolving.  You know that 97% of people fail in MLMs because they believe everything their failing upline tells them. Creative Memories Review

8 February, 2010 (18:18) | MLM Company Reviews | By: Darren

So you’ve just taken the leap and became a team member for Creative Memories, or you’re thinking about it. It’s possible you’ve been a part of Creative Memories already and you haven’t had the success you’re looking for.

I plan on giving an overview of Creative Memories and their business opportunity.  The pros and cons of the company. My background is sales and I have a lot of direct experience in the sales field and network marketing.

Creative Memories Overview
Creative Memories is an MLM company with a focus on family albums. They really offer picture scrapbooking photo albums and organizational tools to keep track of all these different memories.  They’ve been established since the mid 80’s but have really taken off in the last 5 years. Their primary target is middle aged mid class clientele.

The main product line for Creative Memories sells is the keep sake photo albums.  CM offers the best type of social memory capture for your values worth. Creative Memories offers digital and manual photo services depending on your needs. Organizational help is something that’s more recently been added to their company as the economy has pretty much demanded it.
The Business
As long as MLM exists it will always be criticized by the general public, which is a huge barrier to entry. The company itself is completely legal and legitimate.

The idea is to acquire reps and customers.  The reps you can’t recruit are usually the people you try to turn into your clients, by either photo albums digital and non, scrapbooking and organizational tools.  A good position to get to is Senior Unit Leader.  SED is one of the highest levels to reach in Creative Memories. At that level you make over six figures and you’re a full time Creative Memories business owner.

Unit Leaders can be extremely hard to produce on a consistent basis, a lot of that having to do with the mlm industry and the service field itself.  One of the biggest problems reps have coming into this industry is having the trust of their clients or potential clients because you’re dealing with the most important thing in people’s lives, their finances.

A rep with no MLM background or connections can have a hard time building contacts and clients without prior experience.  Learning about the company while building a solid list of prospects outside of friends and family can be a daunting task.  Lead generation is the last thing that’s thought about but should really be first on any business owners list. When you’re not making money in the beginning and you have to do all the training plus build your business at the same time, it can be quite stressful.

Having a marketing plan in place before you start anything can be a vital part of your success in Creative Memories. I use the internet myself, and generate all my leads on line for free. If you think you’re the next Director super star of Creative Memories check out my links below get more info from the e-mail box at the right for a little bit of help.

Market America Review

2 February, 2010 (18:55) | Network Marketing | By: Darren

Hello Networkers,

So you’re here to read my review of Market America.  Is it a scam? Should you join the company?  Well here’s a little insight into the company itself from an outside source and a personal response from a rep that I was able to get some answers from on the inside.

The company was started back in 1992 by James Ridinger, a former Amway killer.  The dude’s got skills. This company has over 180,000 reps, over 3 million customers and a ton of corporate sponsors.  They sell a bunch of different products that you would find in a wal-mart or a major department store.  A lot like Amway actually.

Below is an actual conversation I with a representative through facebook when I asked a few months ago about Market America and their primary mlm opportunity.  I’ve changed a few of names or blocked them out to protect the privacy of the rep giving me information. It starts off me asking her for some background information.

Hey you’re in Market America…can you help me out? I’m tryin to do some marketing, I need to know about the levels in Market America…like what are the starting positions and what is a high level position? What are some of the biggest problems Market America reps face, aside from lead generation. For example, *** you have to have three reps in each leg, with a minimum of *** in each to get to a certain level. A lot of reps have a hard time getting all three legs.

Darren S October 24, 2009 at 7:00am
ohhh and who is someone that any market america rep would know within the company?

Kim  October 24, 2009 at 5:07pm
A big part of my focus is mlsp, however, I am still marketing my primary and my products.
Here are some MA bullets for you (leave some MA people for me to help with mlsp ;o))
-No levels. We receive 100% of the points for what everyone on our team does…to infinity! People above can place points below you.
-You only need 2 personally sponsored people (2 legs – 1 person for each) to receive commission checks.
-When you have your 2 people and have cut your first $300 check, you are a Coordinator
-There are alot of levels from there. A good goal is Supervising Coordinator. That gets you $7,500 – $10,000 a month. Then Nat’l Super Co is $10,000 – $18,000 & Director is $18 to $25,000. There a some other levels above and below.
-Elizabeth Weber is #1 at $100,000 a month.
-Struggle…most people don’t put the effort in
Wanna join my biz. :o ) Just kidding.
Hope this helps.

If you market to business’s, have you ever thought about incorporting a website solution. That is something I do through MA.

thank you so much by the way :)

END—————

Now that sounds like a good promotion of the company but it doesn’t get around the legs needed to start it.  It also doesn’t talk about the fact that you need people continually buying your product to have a consistent residual income.  Which is apparent in most MLMs.  There are some powerhouse players in the company though, making great money in the company.  There is no doubt that this is a solid company with a long lasting business model and certainly isn’t a scam.

Is it the right opportunity for you? It’s very important to select the right opportunity before you just jump into one.  Some people say you can sell chips or baby bottles, it doesn’t matter.  It’s the person right?  I can agree with this to a degree.  Being a great leader or mentor is a huge component to success but depending onwhat your product is will determine what marketing plan you come up with.  Some companies are easier to promote online, some companies are flat out face to face companies.  It really does depend on a variety of factors.  I personally do all my business online and I can help you promote your business online too.  For some FREE info, pump in your e-mail and name on the right and check it out!

Look at this idiot…Frank puked on me…

28 January, 2010 (20:08) | Uncategorized | By: Darren

I met a guy yesterday who absolutely loved his business.

That wasn’t the problem.

Here’s where this gentleman went wrong…

The first thing that came out of his mouth on our initial handshake
was, “Hello, my name is Frank. How would you like to own your
own business? I’ve got this amazing opportunity with this amazing
product and the company is in pre-launch. Get in now and you’ll be
set for life!”

Ok.

Honestly…Do you think Frank has a good shot at establishing any
type of relationship or any chance at sponsoring distributors
using this opening line???

Of course not! Its ludicrous to think that this could ever work.

I felt like I just got puked on by Frank and his business opportunity.

Yup, Frank puked on me.

And I definitely don’t want to do business with Frank now because I don’t
work with people who puke on me…and neither should you!

This is THE #1 WORST POSSIBLE THING you could do if you’re trying
to build a network marketing business.

This repels your ONLY target market, network marketers, because
they could care less about your business.

This approach doesn’t work in person so why would anyone in their
right mind believe it could on a website?

Yet I see MILLIONS of networkers promoting websites that are doing
EXACTLY what Frank has done here: Puking on people by promoting
their business opportunity on the initial handshake.

Do you want to learn how the top earners attract endless new
distributors to their businesses effortlessly and build monster
downlines that pay them for years and years?

I will show you how to build your business the right way:

http://www.massivemlmwealth.com

If you get this part right your business will EXPLODE overnight.

And I promise you won’t piss anybody off by puking on them ;)

Real Life Scripting

20 January, 2010 (20:58) | Network Marketing | By: Darren

So this is my set up for the story I’m about to tell you:

Ok folks, so I was thinking about my Massive MLM Group the other day and I was pondering how I could bring value to the people in this group and actually give them something that they could benefit from. So this is my set up for the story I’m about to tell you. A friend of mine was having drinks the other night with some friends and he was trying to explain what I do to a fitness expert who’s having a hard time selling packages. He thought she might be able to use some of my expertise and told her to send an email to me. This is a script of the e-mail that came to me and the one I sent back. I wanted to use this because I felt that it was the most honest way of painting a picture of exactly what I do. So here it is, unscripted and just completely natural.

Inbox: Whatssssss up Darren?

How are you? I heard you are trying to take over the world by writing a book, doing some spamming and your other duties! Yes, I know, Omar does talk a lot, most of the time he doesn’t realize that people don’t care ;) and I wanted to hear it from you….whats this business you are doing for expanding your leads online…do tell please!

Vanessa

Outbox:(my reply)

Heya…I’m good. How about yourself??

I’m doing a few different things yup. Not spamming per say, but I can tell you how :p

Yes Omar does have a way of promoting me through drunken conversation, I’ll take it haha…Seriously though, I’m actually involved in a business that involves marketing to network marketers. So I use a system that helps me generate leads and builds a list of people that receive emails from me automatically, called an auto-responder, I basically build a relationship with them and then once I’ve established that relationship with them they join my empire. It’s not as easy as I make it sound but that’s the jist of it. My system is built only for network marketers, so a person like yourself (fitness guru), wouldn’t be able to use it effectively. I’m sure there are means of marketing your program through the same concept, which is called a sales funnel. That’s what I have. So you would probably need a generic sales funnel or one that specializes in fitness, if internet marketing is the way you want to go. There are a number of ways to go about it as well aside from sales funnelling. You know when you see something online, you’re interested in it, you might submit your email for more info, and than you get a ton of emails over time promoting the company or they’re giving you some sort of value in the emails (free training, information, special deals). It’s along those lines.

There are a bunch of ways to market your product, you just have to have a way of selling them the product once you capture their attention. Like it has to be user friendly, there has to be a seemless process for them to sign up with you. Right now, I’m definately learning a lot of new ways to get my information out there that I never really thought about. Social Media (facebook, myspace, twitter, youtube-all free), PPC (pay per click marketing, can be costly but effective), classifieds (craigslist, backpage, kijiji etc, mostly free), video marketing (youtube, meta cafe, traffic gyser), blogging, forum marketing…etc.

I think article marketing is one of the coolest ones I’ve learned about, I’m still learning about and I’m going to get into once I’ve mastered a few of the others I’m working on. It involves taking an original piece of content and creating other content that leads back to that original piece. All the pros use an article submitter that saves tons of time and submits articles to hundreds of article sites. The idea is that it all has back links going back to your original content and than it gets ranked in google because there’s a lot of traffic and you get sales! This is a little more advanced but relatively cost free.

Anyhow, I’m going on forever here. I don’t want to overwelm you, just open your eyes a little bit. Product doesn’t just sell itself :) A lot of people have great ideas and they have great products but they don’t know how to market. Think of McDonalds, good product?? NO, but they have a sick system that just prints money.

Let me know if you got any questions or you wanna just chat ;) I hope I helped you a little bit.

D

I can’t make this stuff up people lol. Anywho, just thought I’d try and give you a better idea of what’s out there and what exactly I do.

Sincerely,

Darren S

Mentality!

20 January, 2010 (20:44) | Network Marketing | By: Darren

Okay, I get that you think I’m really good looking. Aside from that, just because I have leads coming into my business and out of my butt, for free, doesn’t mean you have to look at me all funny, unless I made a joke.

But, I have to say, this is no joke and regardless of what your english teacher told you about starting a sentence with ‘But’ or using the word ‘Butt’ in any writing, in YOUR world, you can do whatever you want.

*2 + 2 = 6 (never less)

*You believe you’re extremely good looking (you may not be)

*You think you’re smarter than everyone else around you (you may be as dumb as a post)

The point is, it’s a mentality. It’s truly believing in yourself or what you’re doing so much that NOBODY can tell you otherwise. Now it’s important to be coachable and open minded, but who’s to tell you that you CAN’T achieve your GOALS.

Regardless of what many so-called business experts will tell you, you don’t have to have money to make money, sure it can help but where’s the fun in that. I personally generate a ton of leads everyday just from facebook alone as I sit here in the comfort of my condo in Toronto (it’s starting to get cold here). Guess how much facebook charges me for this advertising? Ya that’s right, NOTHING. If you look at my personal page, I don’t promote my primary on the front end. Why would I? It’s the craziest thing I could do. In fact I don’t promote my primary on the front end at all.

Butt, that’s a whole other conversation :)
The reason you may be reading this is because you’re looking for some help in pumping up your business.
So let me ask you, are you using all your resources? Friends and family will only take you so far, what else have you done to get additional leads into your business? There are many ways to add value to your marketing plan (if you have one).
Some examples of online marketing strategies:
Content/article marketing, blogging, social network marketing, video marketing. The list goes on, if you aren’t using any of these strategies than you are simply out matched by your competition. How can you expect to reach unlimited amounts of people without using the most powerful technology known to man? The internet can explode your business, it’s just most people don’t know how to use it properly. I’ve personally exploded my business online using simple extremely lost cost/free techniques to make myself a lot of money.
I use a program and a set way of marketing as I have a plan, if you don’t have a plan or you don’t feel like creating one, pack it in, because you’re finished.
